Housebroken

Commissioned by Cleveland’s Moving Ground Dance Theater in 2013, House Broken is a dark humored satire of stereotypical suburban life. With a dramatic use of props, this work glorifies and exaggerates American symbolism as a way to reveal the weight of inadequacy that comes from conforming to notions of normalcy.
